Sierra Vista Mall is the number one shopping destination for residents of Clovis and eastern Fresno County. Our shoppers are among the more than 1 million Central Valley residents who wield an estimated $6.5 billion in buying power. With over 689,000 square feet of retail space, Sierra Vista Mall’s 80 stores, shops and restaurants attract an appealing life-style entertainment center clientele.  We continue to welcome new tenants throughout the year.

Sierra Vista Mall opened in 1988 and expanded in 1999. The additional 110,000 square foot expansion began in the spring of 2006 and is now completed.  The expansion area includes a state-or-the-art 16-screen stadium seating theater, restaurants and retail space.

Sierra Vista Cinemas 16 Theater opened on December 15, 2006 as the only independent theater in the Clovis/Fresno area. They are owned by North American Cinemas based in California. Jamba Juice and Chipotle Mexican Grill opened in the spring of 2007. Approximately 20 additional new tenants will complete the expansion.

Major anchors are Target, Sears, Gottschalks and the Sierra Vista Cinemas 16 Theater.
