KHITS Uncorked, Benefiting the Marjaree Mason Center, a Domestic Violence Shelter for Women and Children
Clovis, CA – August 2, 2010.In an effort to partner with, and help improve the lives of others, Lotus Radio’s 107.1 KHITS and Sierra Vista Mall will host an evening of locally produced wine, food from many of the Sierra Vista Mall tenants and live music with Wild Hare on Friday August 27, 2010 at the mall’s Community Park.This first annual fundraiser caters to those 21 years of age and over and limited to 500 guests.Each guest will receive a collectable wine glass as they enter the park.
The Marjaree Mason Center is a 501 (c) 3 Not for Profit organization and proceeds from this evening will benefit the organization.Since 1979 the Marjaree Mason Center has worked to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals exposed to family violence.Most Marjaree Mason Center victim services are offered at no cost, thanks to support from generous donors, volunteers and essential government grants.
Tickets for this event are on sale on at the mall’s Customer Service Booth during normal mall hours and are cash only.Advance tickets are $20 each or $30 a pair.Day of the event the price increases to $25 each or $35 a pair.Tickets can also be purchased online by credit card at www.1071khits.com.
